To submit such a request, the customer must file an application, in writing or from the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of this page, to the department in charge of handling personal information. When such a request is received, this department will ask that the customer provide documentation that can be used to confirm the identity of the customer whose personal information is to be disclosed.

A customer can request that this department correct, add to, or delete any personal information pertaining to the customer that we have acquired, or disclose the record of provision to a third party. To submit such a request, the customer must file an application, in writing or from the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of this page, to the department in charge of handling personal information. When such a request is received, this department might, if necessary, ask that the customer provide documentation that can be used to confirm the identity of the customer whose personal information is to be corrected, added to, or deleted.
  14. A customer can request that this department, or a company related to this department, stop using the customer's personal information for the purpose of sending notifications, such as information about upcoming events and new products, to the customer. To make such a request, the customer must contact the department in charge of handling personal information.
