1.    • (3) To provide after-sales services to the customer
   • (4) To perform marketing analysis or other types of analysis

Regarding the provision of personal information to third parties

5. Personal information acquired via this website will be provided as follows.
   • (1) Purpose of providing the information to third parties: For business use via TWX-21 service
   • (2) Items of personal information to be provided: name, company name, office name, department name, telephone number, fax number, and email address
   • (3) Means or method of provision: Provision by browsing the web application system (granting access privileges) and by e-mail
   • (4) Recipient: Another service user within the scope defined by the service, based on the content of the service applied for by the customer or the company to which the customer belongs.(If the customer or the company to which the customer belongs is an overseas company, the information may be provided to another service user overseas: The system for the protection of personal information overseas is provided on the "Personal Information Protection Commission Website".(The link is in Japanese)
   • (5) Exceptions: Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without the consent of the individual, except in the following cases
   • (a) When disclosure of personal information is required by law
   • (b) When the information must be disclosed to protect human life, health, or assets, in cases where it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent
   • (c) When the information must be disclosed in exceptional circumstances to improve public health or maintain the healthy development of children, in cases where it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent
   • (d) When the information must be disclosed to comply with a government institution, a local public agency, or a party contracted by any of the aforementioned organizations to carry out their work as stipulated by law, in cases where obtaining the customer's consent might hinder this work

Regarding the outsourcing the handling of personal information

6. Personal information obtained on this website will be entrusted to companies related to this department, and/or companies that provide partner services only to the extent that is necessary for the purposes described in article 4. (including consignment to Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia)

To submit such a request, the customer must file an application, in writing or from the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of this page, to the department in charge of handling personal information. When such a request is received, this department will ask that the customer provide documentation that can be used to confirm the identity of the customer whose personal information is to be disclosed.
10. A customer can request that this department correct, add to, or delete any personal information pertaining to the customer that we have acquired. To submit such a request, the customer must file an application, in writing or from the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of this page, to the department in charge of handling personal information. When such a request is received, this department might, if necessary, ask that the customer provide documentation that can be used to confirm the identity of the customer whose personal information is to be corrected, added to, or deleted.
11. A customer can request that this department stop using the customer's personal information for the purpose of sending notifications, such as information about upcoming events and new products, to the customer. To make such a request, the customer must contact the department in charge of handling personal information.

Regarding information acquired through methods that are not easily recognizable by the customer

12. This website might use cookies and web beacons to provide better services for our customers.
